their hair. MANIC PANIC® HIGH VOLTAGE INTENSE COLORIZING SHAMPOO is ideally suited to help maintain the
intensity of MANIC PANIC® coloured hair by replenishing it with bold colour.

Created to put the colour back in over 30 of our shades, our 4 introductory colours are:
