We love Rose and just had to start our Icon Page with the Sultry Bad Girl of Hollywood herself! Rose has always presented herself with a dark sinister edge, but it was when she and Marilyn Manson got engaged in 1999 that she really became a significant celebrity of the Goth scene. During her two year engagement to Mr Grotesque, Rose starred in his music video ‘Coma White’ as Jacki-O and shocked the tabloids by accompanying Manson to a VMA award wearing a dangerously daring and entirely see through dress.

Rose’s style promotes the deviant and she clearly enjoys provoking outrage (which we’re all for!). Her virgin white skin and sweet smile create an image of sweetness and innocence, but those wild vixen eyes let you know that she could quite easily eat you alive! "I always thought I was more satanic than Manson." – Rose’s response, when asked to spill the beans on her ex fianc é , says it all really!

Rose has starred in a concoction of diverse and mainstream films including Scream in ’96. She hit the big time in 2001 when she joined the witchy hit series 'Charmed' contributing fresh funk and feistiness to the show. Paige Matthews, Rose’s character in the show, has a cutting edge and ever evolving image which reflects the dynamic changes she so often makes off screen. Each series has brought a new hairstyle for Rose who has gone from long and tousled to a straight, sleek bob then back to long ringlet locks. Her colour changes are just as innovative in rich shades of dark brunette, ruby red, strawberry blonde and the auburn-brown that we see in the current series. Rose looks great whatever which way! Our favourite Rose image though, and the one we’ve chosen as Icon, is her trademark ‘Snow White cum Femme Fatale’.
