Although we are glad to accept orders for delivery outside the UK & EU, please be aware that we have to charge extra for postage - please contact us for current rates to your country.

Hair Products and Cosmetics.
We usually dispatch all Hair Products and Cosmetics the same day (if ordered before 2pm), although during very busy periods this may extend to 2-3 days.

Out of stock Hair Products and Cosmetics
If your item is out of stock or likely to be delayed more than 3 days we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you and give you an anticipated wait period, or if you prefer offer you an alternative. All Hair products and Cosmetics are sent out using 1st class postage or Royal Mail Standard Parcels should the weight of your order exceed 1.5kg. If you want to arrange a different method of postage then please contact us prior to placing your order.

Other Products
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Although we aim to dispatch your items within 3-5 working days, please allow a maximum of 14 working days for dispatch.

All items are sent out using Royal Mail standard 1st class postage. If you require something extra quick we will do our best to help. We may have to charge extra for next day delivery, but not without discussing this with you in advance.

Returns: All Returns must be authorized by Dream-Gate prior to a Return being accepted. Please contact us for an RMA Number - returns@dream-gate.co.uk
